We want you to be happy with your Mr. Left and Right shoes. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, with the original box and packaging intact.
• Please email info@mrleftandright.com or WhatsApp +91 94433 46468 with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven’t yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it falls under our standard returns process above.
